Shipping Process

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order excluding weekends and holidays but we will do our best to get it processed within 24 hours. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process ( for example if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). When your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link once your order has been shipped. Finally, you will receive an email once your order has been delivered. Please allow 3-9 business days after your order has been processed for delivery.

If there are any inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided, this may delay processing time by an additional 1-2 business days. All products will have a standard shipping rate provided at checkout. All orders that are $100 or more will have free shipping. If you subscribe to our Be Memorable Club you will receive free shipping on all our products.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the original packaging has been opened you will NOT be eligible for a refund. We also require proof of purchase or a receipt.

To start a refund please reach out to us at info@asadshamsi.com. If your return is accepted we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. If your refund is accepted you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
